How to get healthy skin .....

Achieving healthy skin takes time and consistency.



Some of the things to consider:

  1. Cleanse 2x a day: It's essential to cleanse your skin daily, especially at night, to remove all the dead skin, debris, and bacteria. With that, it's also important to remember to use warm water, avoid strong soaps and detergents and moisturize your skin daily.

  2. Eat a healthy diet: a healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Avoid processed food, unhealthy fats, and sugar, as it has associated with acne. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

  3. Monthly Maintenance: Products and modalities can help you achieve and maintain your skin. Facials help to reduce stress and anxiety while helping you fight acne, fine line, and wrinkles, offer hydration to the deepest level of the skin, maintain your glow and exfoliate the skin.

  4. Get enough sleep: Sleep is when our body repairs itself. It's imperative to get good sleep for our mental and physical health. Good or not enough sleep can easily be reflex on our skin.

  6. Manage stress: Uncontrolled stress can make your skin sensitive and trigger hormones in your skin that will cause you to break out. Get enough sleep, eat healthily, and treat yourself to what makes you feel good.
